· muRPG is an idle role-playing game that allows you to create and customize your own character, explore a fantasy world, and interact with other players.
· muRPG is free to play, but you can purchase in-game currency and items with real money to enhance your gaming experience.
· By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing muRPG, you agree to be bound by these terms of use, as well as our privacy policy and any other policies or guidelines that we may post on our website or in the game.
· If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not download, install, access, or play muRPG.

· You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account or password.
· We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. You may also delete your account at any time, by following the instructions in the game or on our website.
· If your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted, you will lose access to your character, in-game currency, items, progress, and any other data associated with your account. You will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or restoration of your account or data.
· You may not create more than one account, or create an account using a false or misleading identity, or impersonate someone else.
· You may not sell, trade, or transfer your account or any in-game currency, items, or data to anyone else, or offer to do so, or engage in any such activity with anyone else.
· We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and play muRPG on your device, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms of use and our policies.
· You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise exploit muRPG or any part of it, or create derivative works based on it, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.
· You may not use any cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized software or methods to alter, interfere with, or gain an unfair advantage in muRPG, or to access or manipulate any data or content that is not intended for you, or to disrupt or harm the game, the servers, or the network, or to violate the rights or privacy of other players, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations, without our prior written consent.
· You may not use any abusive, offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate language or content in muRPG, or engage in any conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or offensive to other players, or that violates any applicable laws or regulations, or that violates our policies or guidelines.
· We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, remove, or edit any content or communication that you or other players create, post, send, or receive in muRPG, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to report any illegal or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
· We reserve the right to enforce these terms of use and our policies by issuing warnings, suspending, terminating, or deleting your account, or taking any other actions that we deem appropriate, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
· You may purchase in-game currency and items with real money, using the payment methods that are available in the game or on our website. You must comply with the terms and conditions of the payment providers that you use.
· When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to pay the applicable price and taxes, and you are authorizing us or our payment providers to charge your payment method.
· All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or otherwise stated by us or our payment providers. You may not cancel, reverse, or dispute any purchase that you have made, or request a refund or chargeback, unless you have a valid reason and you have contacted us or our payment providers first.
· We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the availability, price, or features of any in-game currency or items, at any time, without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to limit or restrict the amount or frequency of your purchases, at our sole discretion.
· You acknowledge and agree that the in-game currency and items that you purchase or receive are licensed to you, not sold, and that you have no ownership or property rights over them. You may only use them in accordance with these terms of use and our policies.
· You acknowledge and agree that we may modify, remove, or delete any in-game currency or items that you purchase or receive, at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability, and that you will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or restoration of them.
· You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or theft of your in-game currency or items, or for any errors, delays, or failures in the delivery, processing, or handling of your purchases or transactions, or for any issues or disputes that arise from your use of any third-party payment providers.
· You acknowledge and agree that muRPG and all its content, including but not limited to the graphics, music, sound effects, characters, story, dialogues, items, data, and code, are the intellectual property of Peter Vondracek, or his licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
· You may not use, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on muRPG or any part of it, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our prior written consent.
· You may not use any trademarks, logos, or service marks of Peter Vondracek, or his licensors, without our prior written consent.
· You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, and create derivative works based on any content or communication that you or other players create, post, send, or receive in muRPG, for any purpose, without any compensation or attribution to you or anyone else.
· You represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to create, post, send, or receive any content or communication that you or other players create, post, send, or receive in muRPG, and that you do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
· muRPG is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
· We do not warrant or guarantee that muRPG will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, bugs, or other harmful components, or that it will meet your expectations or requirements, or that any defects or errors will be corrected, or that any content or communication will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
· We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm that you or anyone else may suffer or incur as a result of your use of or inability to use muRPG, or as a result of any content or communication that you or anyone else create, post, send, or receive in muRPG, or as a result of any actions that we or anyone else take or fail to take in relation to muRPG.
· In no event will we or our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use muRPG, or any content or communication that you or anyone else create, post, send, or receive in muRPG, or any actions that we or anyone else take or fail to take in relation to muRPG, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we or they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
· Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
· You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to your use of or inability to use muRPG, or any content or communication that you or anyone else create, post, send, or receive in muRPG, or your violation of these terms of use or our policies, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
· We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter that you are required to indemnify us for, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You agree not to settle any such claim without our prior written consent.
· These terms of use and your use of muRPG are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
· Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms of use or your use of muRPG, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
· You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative action with respect to any such dispute, controversy, or claim.
· You agree that any claim or cause of action that you may have arising out of or in connection with these terms of use or your use of muRPG must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action accrues, otherwise such claim or cause of action shall be permanently barred.

· If any provision of these terms of use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these terms of use shall remain in full force and effect.
